Director

Penny Riggs started her Real Estate career over 20 years ago after moving to Adelaide from Kangaroo Island to educate her three children. After 5 years in property management with various companies, in 2002 Penny moved into sales with Klemich Real Estate.

In 2014 she opened Klemich Real Estate Henley Beach and 2 years later Penny Riggs Property Management, having built a team of dedicated and loyal people that reflect the values of both brands. The rent roll has gone from strength to strength building on the core reasons why landlords engage a property manager.

Embracing the latest improvements in communication and software, Penny Riggs Property Management offers a professional and diligent approach to property management. The company reflects the solid reputation Penny has established in Real Estate over the past two decades.

Jane Schinella’s strong work ethic, as well as her friendly and approachable nature has seen her become an integral part of Penny Riggs Property Management.

With over 30 years’ experience in customer service, Jane’s property management experience has allowed her to develop a great understanding of what is required for successful management of your property.

Jane prides herself on going the extra mile and knows the coastal area well, having lived here for most of her life.

Bronagh McErlean
Senior Property Manager

Bronagh has been working within the real estate industry for the past 26 years both in sales and property management and has held senior positions for the past 20 years. Bronagh is qualified and certified with the Real Estate Institute of SA.

Along with her strong work ethic and the strength in her communications skills she offers a wealth of experience and knowledge which has culminated in Bronagh being awarded with state and national recognition for her achievements over her many years of working in real estate.

Bronagh’s genuine attitude in helping people, and her down to earth, honest and often humorous approach, has endeared her to many clients through the years who have recommended her to their family, friends and colleagues as someone they like and trust when caring for their valuable asset.

Bronagh has also achieved the highest compliment a property manager can achieve, by earning the trust and respect of past tenants who have chosen her to manage their investment property, and this in principle, is due to her strong work ethic, fairness, attention to detail, and her diligence in communicating with landlords and tenants at all times. Bronagh believes strongly that communication is the key to any successful relationship.
